8:00 a.m. | Online and mobile banking are back up but there are still intermittent issues. Fiserv is continuing to work toward a complete and full restoration or services and we expect more updates as the morning progresses.


February 17, 2021

4:00 p.m. | Our latest update from Fiserv is they are still working through connectivity issues to restore online banking but services remain down for all users. We expect another update at 6:00 p.m.
12:00 p.m. | Update from Fiserv
Virtual Branch, Virtual Branch Next, Virtual Branch Lending and Mobiliti (Online Banking & Mobile Banking) availability remains our highest priority and we are taking appropriate steps to securely restore services. We understand the impact of the disruption for you and the members you serve, and leaders and team members across Fiserv are driving to resolution.

 

9:00 a.m. |  Online & mobile banking continues to be down for all users due to a power outage at the data center and attempts to move the servers to alternate locations have encountered issues. Fiserv continues to work on a solution and we hope to get it back up and running soon.


February 16, 2021

9:00 p.m. | No updates to report this evening, the migration to new servers is still underway so online and mobile banking remains down for Green Country members and many other credit unions and banks.

 

2:00 p.m. | Online and mobile banking is still down as of 2:00 p.m. while migration to the new servers continues. We are still hopeful to have services restored by the end of the day but we are just one of a hundred institutions without access to online banking.  Call or text us at (918) 245-1301 with any account-related inquiries.

 

11:00 a.m. | After back up generators failed to restore service overnight, our provider is working to get services up and running at an alternate location. We expect online and mobile banking to be back up at some point today. If you have specific account-related inquiries, the credit union is open from 8:00 – 5:00 today and can help by phone or text at (918) 245-1301. Drive-thru’s are also open at both Sand Springs locations but please use care when getting out as road conditions are still hazardous.

We should have another update later today.

 

9:00 a.m. | Online and mobile banking continue to be down for all users due to the power outage affecting our provider. The servers are being relocated to an alternate location and we hope to have services back up today but there is not currently a timeline for the repair. If you have account-related inquiries, you can call or text the branch at (918) 245-1301 between 8:00 and 5:00 today.


February 15, 2021

6:00 p.m. | No new updates on the power outage and service interruptions. Crews are still working with generators to get back-up services in place. We hope to back to full-service Tuesday.


3:15 p.m. | Services are still down due to the power outage. Our provider has brought in generators to get systems back up and running. We’ll let you know as soon as online services are resolved but we expect it to last throughout the evening.


11:45 a.m. | Mobile banking, text alerts, and online banking are still down due to a a weather-related power outage. Our provider is working on restoration and we’ll keep you advised as we learn more.


9:00 a.m. | Online, mobile and text banking are currently unavailable due to a weather-related power outage. We expect the outage to last the majority of the day due to the severity of the winter storm.
