Our insurance partner, TruStage (provider of Liberty Mutual Insurance policies to our membership), is currently responding to a recent cybersecurity incident.
TruStage has alerted us that fraudsters are taking advantage of this system disruption by sending fake payment requests.
Scammers are actively calling and texting individuals demanding immediate payment or asking for banking details to keep their insurance policies active.
Please protect yourself by following these rules:
DO NOT click on payment links sent via text or email.
DO NOT make payments or give out banking details/passwords over the phone to unsolicited callers.
ONLY make policy payments using your established, trusted payment methods.
Your security is our top priority. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from TruStage or Liberty Mutual, do not respond. If you have concerns about a request you received, call or text us directly at 918-245-1301 or drop by a branch. Stay safe and stay vigilant!
