Also, make sure we have your current cell phone number, so we can contact you if suspicious activity is detected on your account. If we can’t reach you, we may stop access to your card until we can verify purchases are legitimate.
The call may come from Transfund and show up as an 800 number if there is suspected fraud.
To avoid disruption in your card usage, call or text us at (918) 245-1301 and let us know advance when and where you’ll be travelling.
Let us know at least 24 hours in advance, if possible, so we can get your account flagged with the information you provided.
