Brandon Grell Named Volunteer of the Year by Sand Springs Chamber

Sand Springs, OK — February 2026 — Green Country FCU is proud to announce that CEO Brandon Grell has been named Volunteer of the Year by the Sand Springs Chamber at its annual awards ceremony held last week.

The Volunteer of the Year award recognizes individuals who demonstrate exceptional dedication, leadership, and service to the Sand Springs community. Grell was honored for his ongoing involvement in civic and nonprofit organizations that strengthen local businesses, families, and community initiatives.

Grell currently serves on the Sand Springs Chamber Board of Directors and is actively involved with the Salvation Army board, Sand Springs Rotary, and numerous other organizations. Through these roles, he supports economic development, charitable outreach, and service initiatives that directly impact the Sand Springs area.

Sand Springs is part of our story, and I’m grateful to give back to the community that has supported us for decades.”
