Board of Directors

There are two (2) directors with expiring terms for re-election this year:

  • Mike Dickerson has served on the board since 2021 and the supervisory committee for 11 years. As an employee of the Tulsa Authority for Economic Opportunity and Partner Tulsa, he brings expertise in finance, accounting, economic analysis, and city development. Mike also volunteers with the Sand Springs Planning Commission and the Sand Springs Development Authority.

  • Aaron Ringle, a long-time Green Country member, is in his fourth year on the board. With a background in real estate development and residential construction, he has experience in land planning, oil and gas consulting, and construction. Aaron is also an active volunteer in youth sports and his church.

Please note that when no more nominations for vacant positions are presented than the actual number of positions available, the Credit Union can declare those persons nominated to be automatically elected without further action.

If any member is interested in running for a Board position, submit a petition with the required signatures to the CEO no later than 5 p.m. Feb. 14, 2025. Nominations for vacancies may be made but only by petition. An election will not be conducted by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor when there is only one nominee for each position to be filled.

If there are no written petitions submitted to the Nominating Committee by Feb. 14, 2025, the current Board of Directors will be hereby selected to continue serving as members of the Green Country FCU Board of Directors.
