Online Banking Server Issues
April 26, 2021 |10:45 a.m.
Online Banking is back up for all members. We are aware of a few issues that are continuing to be worked with our software provider.
- The security catchphrase is not showing. Members are prompted to enter their username and then on the second screen enter username and password. The security phrase would usually be on this second screen. The site is secure, you can continue without seeing the phrase.
- Quickbooks is not currently pulling data from online banking.
We’ll post updates as these issues are resolved.

Online Banking continues to have intermittent access as of Monday morning, April 26th. Fiserv is helping us troubleshoot this issue and we are doing everything we can to get service up and running consistently as quickly as possible. Mobile Banking through the APP is available and unaffected by the online interruption.

Online Banking continues to be down for all users as of 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 23. We became aware of the issue on Thursday morning and are working with our service provider to troubleshoot. At this time, we are told by FISERV (our banking software provider) that the issue stems from efforts they are undertaking to improve their systems after the massive ice storm in February. We believe that our online banking system was knocked offline during server upgrades.
Mobile Banking, Text Banking & Alerts, and our 24-hour Voice Banking phone line are unaffected by the online banking outage and continue to work for all enrolled members.
