   Shop like you normally do, in store or online.
2. Watch your points stack up.
   Keep track of your card online in online banking or the mastercard portal. Check your rewards balance anytime at uchooserewards.com, and set up a Wish List to track what you’re saving toward.
3. Pick your reward.
   Redeem online for gift cards, gear, travel, or cash back for statement credit starting at 1,500 points.

Manage your card online

Your card and your rewards each have their own home online, but you can reach both from Green Country online banking: click your card to open the card portal, then click Rewards to see your points.

Your card account: see your account, make payments, and view statements in the Mastercard card portal. You can also

• activate or replace your card,
• set your PIN,
• request a credit limit increase, or
• start a balance transfer.

Rates and fees

Purchase APR: 12.24% to 18.00% variable, based on your creditworthiness. Pay your full balance by the due date each month and you won’t pay interest on purchases.

FAQ

What does it cost to join uChoose Rewards? Nothing. The rewards program is free for Green Country Mastercard holders.

How do I earn points? You earn 1 point for every $1 in qualifying purchases anywhere Mastercard is accepted. You’ll earn bonus points when you shop with participating retailers, in store or through uchooserewards.com.

When can I use my points? Points can take up to [30 or 60] days to show up. Redeem anytime online at uchooserewards.com; cash back for statement credit starts at 1,500 points. Points can’t be used at the register, and they’re good for three years from when you earn them.

Can my family’s cards earn together? Yes. Every card on your account earns into the same pool, and you can link other Green Country accounts on the Preferences page to earn faster.

Can I ship a reward somewhere other than my home? Yes, to any U.S. address, including work.

What happens to my points if my card is lost or stolen? Call us first. Your points move to your replacement card automatically; just re-register at uchooserewards.com with the new card.

Can I return something I redeemed? Some items can be returned and some can’t. The uChoose Terms and Conditions have the details.

My points from a retailer aren’t showing. What now? Give it 30 days. If they’re still missing, reach out through the Contact Us page at uchooserewards.com.

Is the card portal the same as uChoose Rewards? No, they’re two separate logins. Use the card portal (or click your card in Green Country online banking) to check your balance and pay your bill. For anything about points, click Rewards in the card portal or go to uchooserewards.com.

How do I know I’m on the real card portal? Go through our website or online banking rather than a link in an email or text. We’ll never ask for your full card number or password by phone, email, or text.

I’ve lost my card, how do I report it? During lobby hours, please call or text the Credit Union at (918) 245-1301. After hours, please call (855) 850-7816.
