Enter your Member Number and PIN (last four SSN).
- If you have changed your PIN using Voice Banking, please use that number instead.
Click on the Blue “Terms and Conditions” link to read. Close that pop up (or set aside for later reading) and then check the “Terms and Conditions” box.
Prove that you’re not a Robot by completing the Captcha puzzle and press “continue”.
Setup your logon ID and security code.
You will then be directed to fill out your security questions, security phrase, and user settings.
When completed you’ll get a “Challenge questions changed successful” message. Select “OK” to move forward.
Set your security phrase and select “OK” to move forward.
You’ll be prompted to update your Demographic Information – this includes your contact phone number and email. You can choose to do this now or have the system remind you later.
