Online Banking & Service Disruption Coming at the End of November

Let's start with the good news - there will be no sheetrock dust or loud hammering at the Credit Union during our major Core Conversion Upgrade!

But we will inconvenience you a little bit in another way. The conversion upgrade will affect our Online Banking service for a short period of time. To make our system better, we have to take the old one down. When we're back up and running, the new Online Banking will be more secure, and will offer a variety of new tools that we didn't have before. It'll also look a lot nicer!

We want you to be ready for the changes heading your way at the end of the month. Here's what you can expect during the Core Conversion Upgrade in regards to Online Banking.

Our Online Banking service will be down from 6:00 p.m. Friday, November 30th until 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 4th.

For security, all login credentials will be reset when the new Online Banking services comes back up. They will default to your MEMBER NUMBER and the LAST FOUR DIGITS OF THE PRIMARY ACCOUNT HOLDERS' SSN. Once you are logged in, you will be prompted to change your username and PIN.

Additionally, you will not have access to your e-statement history through Online Banking after November 30th. We highly recommend downloading a year's worth of statements for your records. We can help you access these statements after conversion through the end of 2019.

Our Bill Pay service and our Mobile Banking Apps for Android and iPhones will also be revamped during our Core Conversion Upgrade. They will be available at 9:00 a.m. on December 4th.
