Action Required for Bill Pay Users

As a Bill Pay user, you will see a lot of changes including a new, friendlier interface and enhanced functionality. However, to improve the system, we have to take the old one down – which means a disruption of service and inconvenience to you, our members.

Any payment you have scheduled through the Online Banking Bill Pay system after November 30th will be affected.

  • Payments scheduled to process on or before 6:00 p.m. November 30th will be processed and paid.
  • Payments scheduled with a process date on or after December 1st will not be processed or paid.

Unfortunately, we are unable to pull over current payments and payees into the new system. This will mean setting up your payees and payments again. We know this is an inconvenience but we can help you get set up in the new system. Give us a call at (918) 245-1301 and we’ll schedule one-on-one VIP help by phone or in person to get your bill pay set up.

Our new Bill Pay system will be available on Tuesday, December 4th at 9:00 a.m., and at that time you’ll be able to login.

We will also be unable to convert Bill Pay history in the transition, so we recommend that you download your payment history no later than 5:00 p.m. on November 30th if you need future access to that documentation.
