Preparing for our Core Conversion

While most of the core conversion process will take place behind the scenes, there are a few things you can do. We recommend:

  • Taking note of when the conversion is taking place (November 30th thru December 4th). We will keep you informed throughout the whole process via letters, statement inserts, postings inside our branches, social media and on our website.
  • Download your e-statements. Your transaction history and e-statements prior to December 3rd will no longer be available through Online Banking. We recommend downloading a year’s worth of statements for your records. We will have access to past statements at the Credit Union and you can call, text or come by to request specific print outs.
  • Make sure all of your information on file is correct. Please contact us at (918) 245-1301 if you have any new information or would like to check your current information. This includes beneficiaries on your accounts, mailing address, email address, phone numbers, etc.
  • Know your Member Number. On December 4th, Online Banking logins will be reset to your member number and the last four of the primary account holder's SSN. 
  • Schedule a VIP appointment! We're offering one-on-one assistance by phone or in person by appointment the week of December 3rd to help you with the new features in Online Banking and the App, set up payees and schedule payments in Bill Pay and more. Call (918) 245-1301 to get on the calendar.
